Annual Fees & Applicability

Filing fees: $3,106 (SB 253) and $1,403 (SB 261) — $4,509 if subject to both

Coverage: ~2,600 companies under SB 253; ~4,100 under SB 261

TCFD Alignment

SB 261 reports can align with TCFD or IFRS S2 frameworks

Focus on governance, strategy, risk management, metrics & targets

First year: scenario analysis & detailed emissions optional, but encouraged
